During the payment process, you will be asked for your personal and shipping information. This information is necessary to contact you and process your order. We will process this information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will amend or delete it if requested.
Payment Methods
Credit card
All credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted.
Payment is made via a secure, encrypted transaction (SSL) and certified by the interbank system. This system ensures complete protection of your credit card information, as indicated by the appropriate icon that appears in your browser. Your credit card information will never be viewed by Albergen srl.
PayPal
Payment is available for those with a PayPal account. You can select this payment method when ordering.
Bank transfer
You can choose to pay by bank transfer. The bank transfer details will be sent via email once your order is complete. The order will be processed after payment has been received . To speed up your ordering process, please send us a receipt of your bank transfer.
Order confirmation and reservation
To confirm the order, a summary page will appear with your details and the products you selected.
A copy of your order will be sent to your email.
Shipping and delivery of goods
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, and generally received within 7 working days .
Transport and delivery are taken care of by courier GLS ( www.gls-italy.com ).
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code to check the status of your shipment and the delivery date.

RETURNS
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, purchased goods may be returned without penalty and without specifying the reason. The package must be present at the company. within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
Return procedure:
- Send an email to info@albergen.it with your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please include:
– NAME
- SURNAME
– ORDER NUMBER
– REASON FOR RETURN
- Send the package to: Albergen srl – via Foria, 106 – 80137 Naples (NA)
If you use the original packaging, be sure to remove or cover any labels on it.
The shipping costs for returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer, who can choose a courier of his/her preference to ship the goods.
- Wait for your refund: once your package is returned to our logistics center, you'll receive an email confirming the return. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to complete the order within 14 days of the return delivery date.
The return will be accepted only if the product is intact , unworn , complete with receipt or invoice , and with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
- the return can only be applied if the receipt or invoice is attached to the box;
- the return can only be managed once , therefore the products to be returned must be sent with the relevant receipt and it will not be possible to subsequently return other products present on the same receipt;
- For withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging , complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
