Shipping and Delivery
ATTENTION – PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATING TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CAREFULLY
When ordering, please check that you have entered all the data correctly:
- RECIPIENT'S NAME AND SURNAME: if the recipient's name does not appear on the doorbell, indicate which one appears or indicate that the package should be left at the reception or with other people who will collect it;
- FULL ADDRESS: in particular, pay attention to entering the correct house number and postcode;
- EMAIL AND MOBILE PHONE NUMBER: these are used both to receive the tracking code to follow the shipment and to be contacted by the courier if necessary;
- Make sure you can receive the package at the indicated address;
- If you have any special requirements, such as shipping to your workplace or other notes that cannot be included when ordering, please contact Customer Service.
IF THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND THE COURIER IS UNABLE TO DELIVER BECAUSE THE DATA IS INCORRECT AND THE SHIPMENT ENDED UP IN “STORAGE”, THE NEW DELIVERY WILL HAVE A COST AND ALBERGEN SRL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST PAYMENT FOR THE SHIPMENT.
Once you receive your order, IMMEDIATELY check that the products are as ordered. If there is an error, send an email to info@albergen.it
Products purchased on the website www.giselmoire.it are shipped via GLS courier .
ORDER PROCESSING NORMALLY TAKES PLACE WITHIN 7 DAYS EXCEPT IN PARTICULARLY BUSY PERIODS SUCH AS PROMOTIONS, HOLIDAYS OR UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS.
Once the order is processed, the system automatically sends the customer an email confirming shipment.
Shipments are picked up by GLS courier every weekday after 12:00 PM. From the moment the shipment is picked up by GLS, delivery in Italy is expected within 72 hours.
Once the shipment enters the system, the GLS express courier sends an email to the address entered when placing the order. You'll receive shipping documentation, shipment status, and a notification when delivery is approaching.
Inside the package, there will be the receipt.
