Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, you may return purchased goods without penalty and without specifying the reason. The package must be received at the company within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
Return procedure:
- Send an email to info@albergen.it with your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please include:
– NAME
- SURNAME
– ORDER NUMBER
– REASON FOR RETURN - Send the package to: Albegen srl – via Foria, 106 – 80137 Naples (NA)
If you use the original packaging, be sure to remove or cover any labels on it.
The shipping costs for returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer, who can choose a courier of his/her preference to ship the goods. - Wait for your refund: once your package is returned to our logistics center, you'll receive an email confirming the return. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to complete the order within 14 days of the return delivery date.
The return will be accepted only if the product is intact , unworn , complete with receipt or invoice , and with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
- the return can only be applied if the receipt or invoice is attached to the box;
- the return can only be managed once , therefore the products to be returned must be sent with the relevant receipt and it will not be possible to subsequently return other products present on the same receipt;
- For withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging , complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
